Before you pay
How are my checks counted?
Without an account, by the network you're on: one check a day for everyone on it. With a free account, by your account on that network — four a day that are yours. We count with a keyed hash of the day, the address and your email: never the address or the email themselves.
When do they reset?
Every day at midnight UTC. A check that fails — a page we can't open, say — is given back.
Can I cancel Premium?
Any time, from your account. Premium stays on to the end of the period you paid for, then your account goes back to four checks a day.
Who handles the payment?
PayBroadcast, through Stripe. Your card goes to them, never to EmployGuard; we only learn that you're on Premium.
